No Refunds on Digital Courses
All courses, e-books, and digital products sold on TheSmartFund.in are delivered digitally (via instant access or download).
Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a course or product has been accessed or delivered.
Once you have received access to a course, it is considered “used”, and we are unable to process a return or refund.
When Can a Refund Be Considered?
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- The digital product or course file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, and we are unable to fix or replace it within 3 working days.
- You made a duplicate purchase of the same course by mistake (in this case, one of the orders may be refunded).
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your device or browser
- Lack of understanding or technical knowledge to access course content
- Claims made after accessing a significant portion of the course

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with the following details:

- A short explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or proof (if applicable)

Course Access & Support
All our courses include basic access support and updates (as mentioned on the course page).
However, support does not include customization, personal coaching, or troubleshooting third-party tools.
