2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original location.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original copyright claimant files a court action.

3. Content Removal

If we receive a valid DMCA notice, the infringing content will be removed or disabled promptly. The user who posted it will be notified and given the opportunity to respond with a counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA, The Smart Fund may terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers.

5. No Liability

TheSmartFund.in is not responsible for user-submitted content. We act solely as an intermediary and follow proper DMCA processes. We are not liable for any third-party content on our site.
